Bug fix on posting a new message on CVS version

When I post a new message, there will be a exception.
I saw a CastingException from Timestamp to Date in
checkUnreadTopics() method of net/jforum/drivers/generic/ForumModel.java.

I fixed it by change it from:

t.setTime(rs.getTimestamp(1));

to

t.setTime(new Date(rs.getTimestamp(1).getTime()));

also you have to add this at the top of ForumModel.java:

import java.util.Date;
