how to develop (Eclipse anybody)?

I use eclipse-3 and the current myeclipse plugins to develop java-based web stuff.

I created a CVS Project and checked out the code, made it into a MyEclipse Web project. It works

I jut do have an issue with the HTML Template files: The integrated JSP-Page-Editor won't open them due to the "broken" Char encoding setting in the files, it does not like the

charset=${encoding}

part.

How do other people deal with that?

I use editplus (http://www.editplus.com) for editing XML / HTML.
