add "homepage.link" in Admin Control Panel's Configuration

The SystemGlobals.properties has one property called homepage.link,
The default setting is http://localhost:8080.
If user using the installer, he can set it at that time. And this information will/should be saved in jforum-custom.conf. In the current CVS, if the Admin user try to adjust some setting at the Admin Control Panel, the homepage.link is omitted. I think we should add this to Configuration of Admin Control Panel.

Open the file templates/default/header.htm and edit the <body> tag according to your needs.

If your images are not loading, it is almost certainly the url that you are using. Double check it.

In the Admin Console, the setting is called "Website URL" ... you can set it there.
