Hi,

What is a right way to send translated notification messages (cyrillic)?
Even if I set for example windows-1251 encoding in forum configuration for notification email, the email body gets encoded with UTF-8.

As I understand emails case is different from other i18n issues with .properties files, because it doesn't read asii codes (I tried native2asii util but got the same codes in email body).

Also, in config I see "subject" field of the "new message" email... what about the rest of emails?

The encoding for emails currently are set to ISO-8859-1. I'll try to make some improvements until JForum 2.1
