I have changed the Date and Tim Format in the Configuration to:
dd.MM.yyyy HH:mm:ss
When I now open any page that shows a user Registration Date (Like a Message or the Memberlist I get the Error:

When I set it back to Standard proble no longer occures.
This problem seems not ot effect (all) other dates. Fir instance the Last chaged Date of a Message in the
Thread List of a Forum works in both settings.
