Hi Raf, how do I properly use the thumbnail feature? I tried to upload a jpg file but the post doesn't show the thumbnail at all.. just a download icon.

Despite the options in the Admin Panel, thumbs are not supported yet.

I guess no.. I didn't made it myself, but I remember someone else telling that was doing.. But as far as I remember, there is no thumb support.

Sorry for the vague answer.. I still have to document the changes of 2.1.5

Not for non-image files... I believe that if it's an image file, a thumbnail of the image will be generated when it's uploaded.

FWIW, the templates might be fairly easily modified to display an extension based icon instead of the standard one.

Also, there is a possible "security" problem with user set uploaded icons. A poster could display a picture for an exe in an attempt to fool people into running this trojan... or similar things. (I know shame on the user who falls for this... but it happens...)

is there any possibility to set the own thumbnail for the attached file instead of the standard floppy-symbol? I mean not the another standard symbol, but the possibility for a user to set some own image file for his attachment.

Thanks in advance
