Hi,

I just started using JFroum and really like it so far. I just wonder, is it possible to post messages so that all registered users automatically recieve email notifications? I see that there are three types of messages (Normal, Sticky and Announce). Does Announce do what I'm talking about?

Nope. Announces in JForum are just messages that always come first in the listing. The feature you want is not currently implemented.
