URL macro in mailNewReply.txt?

What macro should I use in the file mailNewReply.txt to automatically get the correct URL? Now it is hard-coded to

http://www.jforum.net/posts/unwatch/${topic.id}.page

I can get it to work with

http://localhost/JForum-2.1.3/posts/unwatch/${topic.id}.page

however I cannot find out what variables to put in place of localhost and JForum-2.1.3

This needs to be fixed in JForum. Currently is not possible to change the urls in email templates without editing the files. So, you will have to change by hand the url and context when necessary.
A fix for it will be available in the next release of JForum.
