There seems to be a connection between these values:

'Forum Link' (Installation page)
'Forum URL' (Configuration panel)

and

'Website Link' (Installation page)
'Website URL' (Configuration panel)

However, when I install JForum (from scratch, no upgrade), only the 'Forum link' value is copied to 'Forum URL'. The 'Website Link' value is not copied to 'Website URL'. And the 'Back to home page' link on JForums home page is not set, either.

This is confusing.

1. Shouldn't these two values have the same name on the 'Installation page' and on the 'Configuration panel'?

2. Shouldn't the value for 'Website Link' be used?

Best regards!

As website link is a new key from 2.1, I probably forgot to add it correctly in the Configuration page. Can you please register an issue on JIRA for it?

Thanks,
Rafael

Done. (I just copied the text, hope that's enough information).

If you send is by car it's a shipment, but if by ship it's cargo. This tiny ad told me:
