Banner function was completely implemented and committed to CVS now. Pls check out the HEAD of jforum for a try of it. All the basic functions are supported, e.g. image banner, text banner, custom html banner, width height adjustment, weight of banners in a same positions... etc.
Other advance function, such as banner filter, banner display for a certain user type, etc, will be supported in the next release.
