[ERROR]word is too big, try to use less letters, smaller font or bigger background!

Yes, it's a problem with the captcha system. Sometimes the generated word is bigger than the background. A fix is on the road.
If you don't need / don't want captcha, you can disable it at Admin Panel -> Configurations.

You can update net.jforum.entities.UserSession ,update createNewCaptcha Function :


public void createNewCaptcha()
{
this.destroyCaptcha();
boolean flag=true;
while(flag==true){
try {
this.imageCaptcha = Captcha.getInstance().getNextImageCaptcha();
flag=false;
}
catch (Exception ex) {

}
}

Because it will regenarate another image, much probably smaller (in pixel) than the previous.
