Creating User in Admin Panel

Hi All,

anyone know how to create user in Admin panel and turn off registration feature for everyone in the main page?

It's not possible to create users from the Admin Panel in the current version.

To disable registration, go to Admin Panel -> Configurations and set "Enable registration of new users" to "false"

I just installed jforum. I can create Groups Categories Forums etc., but not Users! There is no insert button on the Users list.
Is this a bug? Otherwise, how do I create a user? When I select the option to register I get a msg saying registering of new users is not allowed.
