"Anonymous login"? What do you want? do not allow guest users do use the forum?

Exactly. I would only authenticated users to access the forum.

While creating forum, you can choose option "Deny anonymous postings".

Also, you can go to Admin Panel -> Users -> [search for Anonymous] -> Permissions and revoke all its access rights.
