hi Rafael,

i wanna create another forum_chat.htm and inclueds it into the main page of the forum.... This htm enable ppl to chat there with a textbox and submit button.

1. Do i need a class Chat and ChatModel? how can i tell the forum_chat.htm that chat chatModel are class files? like what u did in the forum_show.htm ( ${topic.totalReplies} ) where the topic is actually a instance of Topic.class.

2. Do i just need to add in the SQL staements into the generic_queries.sql for the ChatModel to call back?

3. and also is there any other setting i need to pay attention to?

The best suggestion I have to you is: read code. You need to pay attention to a lot of little things, but I don't have a developers manual write so far
