Page numbers and page size config not working

Hi:

On my forum, only a single page of topics is visible. There are no "go to page..." links visible on the page. As a result, some of the topics cannot be reached.

Also, in the admin control panel, when I change the number of topics per page, the display does not change - the same number of topics are displayed.

Can anyone please help with this?
