How to make all new registered users members to specific group?

Is there a way to make all new registered users members of a specific group?

This way, I can set the permission of the group, and all new members automatically have those permissions.

Open WEB-INF/config/SystemGlobals.properties and change the key "defaultUserGroup" to the group id you want
