JForum provide a mechanism that allows a specific user to be moderator. If a user is a moderator without being an admin, how can he moderate a message without entering the control panel? I may be missing something, but there seems to be no way to do that.

JForum 2.1.4 only allows admins to approve messages, but version 2.1.5 will allow moderators as well.
