NullPointerException in net.jforum.util.preferences.SystemGlobals.setValue

Just doing a normal install... tried all the different db options.

Fedora Core 4 with Sun Java 1.5.0_4

I tried every database option, postgresq 7.8.4, mysql 4.0, mysql 4.1, and even hsqldb, every option I could vary, I tried. Same page everytime.

Oh and I tried Tomcat 5.0.28 and 5.5.9.

Do you have jdk 1.4.x? if so, please try it. I have seen some errors ocurring when running under jdk 5.
