Problem with admin interface when running CVS head version

Hi,

I'm trying to make the CVS Head version running but there is a problem in the Admin interface for the Category and Forum management.
I've inserted a new category and a new forum, they are well inserted in the database but they don't appear in the admin interface...

any idea ?

It look to be a problem of unicode and encoding.
I work with mysql 4.1.8. I've disabled unicode and encoding in the URL.
It works now.

I also find that I've to give the permission to Admin for theses categories/forum to be dispay in the interface...
