Most users do not have any bookmarks, but the link is shown anyway.
Because of this it would be very convinient to
not show the bookmar link of a user has no bookmarks.

The user bookmark link attracts a lot of attention, and if it is just empty - this would be a lot of dissapointment.

Just do not show this link if a user has no bookmarks.

While we are at it...

"There is no bookmark entries for this user"

should be...

"There are no bookmark entries for this user"

small typo

There is a usability rule that says something like "Let the users know that a feature exists".

An interesting approach would be to show

10 Bookmark entries for GreenEyed

so, if the user as none, will appear "[0] Bookmark entries for GreenEyed" - or better,

Bookmark entries for GreenEyed (10)

In the patch I e-mailed you yesterday it is
10 Bookmark entries for GreenEyed
in link text ( an e-mail letter with "bookmark patch" and file bookmark_patch_correct.tar.gz attched)
I will update it to print
Bookmark entries for GreenEyed [10]
and possible change bookmark page text after you review the patch and decide to accept it.

I have to agree with Rafael on this one. Things that sometimes are there, sometimes are not, do confuse users. However, adding the number of bookmarks (may be number of private messages also ;) ) would be of help.

but I can not find how to attache a file in jira,
I will send a version of [number] patch by e-mail (very minor change to what I sent yesterday)
