Where moderator can find the queue of messages waiting to be moderated?

I've installed jforum and currently investigating how its features work. I send a message to moderated forum from a simple user. Forum response with "ur message is waiting to be moderated". Then I log in as a moderator of the forum & cannot find where is that queue with the message in question. Please, be so kind & give me a hint with it.

I found this message in admin panel message approving. Does this mean that a moderator MUST be also an admin to be able to reach this message approving place?
