Problems starting forum after restart of Tomcat service

Hi!

I seem to have a problem with the JForum. When I stop the tomcat service to backup my forum (copy the forum catalog to a new location) and restart the tomcat service, the forum doesn't work anymore. I can't connect to the forum at all.
What am I doing wrong!
