Hi,
we just install JForum and set optins as is described here:
CATALINA_OPTS="$CATALINA_OPTS -Djava.awt.headless=true"
But at Register page we still recieve this error:
An error has ocurred. For detailed stack trace, please see the page's source code.

And Stack inside page source is:

Hi, I just disable "Enable Captcha during registration" option in Administration interface and error disappear.

This is just workaround of this problem - so you can add this decision to Headless server theme,

Regards

Are you by chance running this on a Linux or Unix-based server that doesn't have an X environment installed on it?

Even though you may be running headless, the Java JDK's still need access to the basic X libraries to function properly... the JDK is compiled that way.

Therefore, you can either remove all functionality that requires these libraries (anything graphical), or you can install an X server (xorg or similar). Even if you don't actually run the X server, the libraries need to be there for the graphical Java libs to work properly.

HTH.
