Bookmark functionality

Hi Rafael,

I noticed that the code supports bookmarks of type BookmarkType.FORUM and BookmarkType.USER in addition to BookmarkType.TOPIC. But adding bookmarks is only implemented at the topic level right now. Under what cirumstances would the bookmarks be of the other two types? Or is this functionality that you plan to implement in the future? Thanks.

It's planned for the future, in fact. New funcionalities like this one I do the simplest thing that could possible work, and then improve it over the time
