I decided to upgrade to the CVS version after running 2.14 for a few days. I'm running into a very strange problem however.

Everything ran fine when I downloaded and installed the stable

There is a problem between the JForum configuration and the database. It appears your install is broken, either due to misconfiguration of your JForum instance, or a datasource mapping problem in your container (Tomcat?).
