Patch for templates/default/user_new.htm: check for valid email on registration

I've been getting quite a few users who don't seem to understand that they can't register for my forums without a valid email. I added a message to that effect on my registration page but I wanted to also verify that they entered a reasonable email address.

This tiny change allows you to do the verification that the email address that the user entered looks at least possible.
