Translation: image translation, and more ..

Hello,

I try to translate JForum to Polish.

I translated part and I want translate images and .. I saw that I must change html file from admin control panel to add next language.
Langs is hard writen in this file (/templates/default/admin/config_list.htm).
I think that it should be defined in a config file.

I saw too, that it is posible to create more that one user with the same email adress.

user1 create with email1
user2 create with email2
user2 change email to email1


And when more that one user exist in db, then we can't recovery password one of them ( validateLostPasswordHash(..) return false )
