Extension groups ?

Could anyone explain what is "Extension groups" and "Extensions" under Attachments panel and how to use these features?

I read that page, but still not understand where should I list the restricted extensions (exe, pif, ect) in the Extension groups or Extensions (Extensions isn't fully implemented?)?

What is Upload icon ?
What is Inline and Physical?

All not listed extensions are allowed, right? I think this feature should only be addressed to restrict the extensions, and the allow button seems useless.

If you are confused about some point, let me know, so I can improve the docs.

The Allowed option can be used to temporary disable some extensions / groups, or even to have denied extensions within some allowed group..
