loginname and nick

if ther can add a filed name "nick" for the user???
the loginname just be use when longin.
and show his nick in the forum.

why do you want to do that?

If you use email addresses already for login on another app then use SSO and set username and email session parameters when authenticating to jforum.

what about if, for example, you've integrated to an existing app that supports sending Private Messages from your app to jforum?

At present there is a guarantee that the 'hosting' app id and forum id are the same, and its handyl when using SSO ;) .

Not saying it's a bad idea - more functions the better but an option to disable nicks would be good if it were to be implemented.
