Hi There,

Has anyone ever experienced JForum (2.1.4) in a non-responsive state? I am using Tomcat 5.1.15. This is happening more frequently now (once a day).

Is there any logging configuration that I can set so I could possibly see what's causing this?

I have a AMD Athlon 1GHz processor, 1 Gig of RAM, Fedora Core 4, JKD 1.5.

I have never seen this, but my posting load is very small.

You did not mention how heavily loaded your forums are.

Not very heavily loaded. I only have 28 users.

It may be related to the database ping action. It was removed in 2.1.5

What is the configuration for removing the ping action?

How can I download 2.1.5? I don't see it in sourceforge?

Release 2.1.5 is still only available from the CVS repository.
