Building V2.1.4 from CVS

Hello,
could you please give me a short overview how to build the actual V2.1.4 from CVS?
I already tryed to checkout version with TAG V_2_1_4, but
ant
biuld.xml file looks not consistent and doesn't produce WAR file.
how to checkout the version from CVS in correct way?

Well, the only problem is the war file? if so, you can try generating it by hand. The compile task should run fine at least.
