After a clean install, when any user attempts to update Yes/No Preferences under "My Profile", the changes ARE written to the database, but the confirmation page does not properly display the new values.

Exampe: A user changes "Show my e-mail address" from No to Yes and clicks "Submit" The "My Profile" page is redrawn with the confirmation message "Information updated" but the "Show my e-mail address" radio button is checked "No". Despite this, the database is properly updated and the user's email address is in fact displayed under "Member Listing"

Digging in the code, it seems that setting ViewEmailEnabled the way its done in UserModel.processSelectAll works:

rs.getInt("user_viewemail") == 1

but that the method used in UserModel.fillUserFromResultSet

is failing....

I'd be willing to submit a patch, but I'd appreciate confirmation of this bug first.
