When you downloaod the .zip file, there is a file named "Upgrading.htm", which points to a web page explaining all.

The upgrade was painless for me.
I had to change two things not mentioned on the upgrade page :
The driver name had changed from net.jforum.drivers.postgresql.DataAccessDriver to
net.jforum.dao.postgresql.PostgresqlDataAccessDriver
In the postgres sql upgrade script I had to remove the 'if exists' clause as this clause does not exist in postgres.
