We just install JForum 2.1.5 . Everything goes well, but my posts does not show well. It's a problem with charachter encoding. my database shows everything is OK(database charachter encoding is utf-8). We try to change every character encoding settings in the WEB-INF/config directory to UTF-8. It doesn't work. Please help us!

when I create "jforun" database ,I add the code in the top line whiche likes:
CREATE DATABASE jforum DEFAULT CHARACTER SET utf8 COLLATE utf8_general_ci;
use jforum;
