Category creation bug

Here is how to reproduce:

1. Create a new category.
2. Do NOT select "Administration" for "Choose the groups you want to allow the access to this new Category."

The category shows up on the forum but there is no way to edit or delete it.

Just give access: Admin Panel -> Groups -> Permissions

I have found your message searching for an answer to the same question.
I think that administrators should be entitled to everything by default.
Furthermore the "Edit Category" and "Edit Forum" page should contain at least a message that says "go to Groups -> Permissions to edit permissions of this Category (or Forum)", just to make things simpler for a junior admin.
