Hi, using Jboss 4.0.3 and JForum 2.1.5, setting up SSO across web apps (in the same host) was simple.

I followed the instructions in http://wiki.jboss.org/wiki/Wiki.jsp?page=SingleSignOn, just the first bit for tomcat 5.x, ie, uncommented the line in the server.xml

and followed the instructions in
http://www.jforum.net/confluence/display/integration/SSOremote
basically, added the bits to the SystemGlobals file.

I didnt change my JForum web.xml. I havent investigated it thoroughly, but the correct user was identified.

Cheers
Greg
