Does not run under Tomcat 5.5.16

JForum works fine under Tomcat 5.5.15 but when I upgrade to Tomcat 5.5.16 it starts giving HTTP 404 when I hit the main page. I have diffed the two installations and they are identical except for Tomcat's binaries so something must have changed in Tomcat which broken JForum. Still, other webapps work perfectly (only JForum breaks) so isn't this something we can fix?

There are many stranges issues with Tomcat 5.5.x. We plan to fix all of them until verison 2.1.7

No, because Tomcat 5.5.16 has some serious bugs. You should stay away from it ;)
