Problemas em o Erro 404

Alguem poderia me ajudar com um problema s̩rissimo. Quando eu abro o endere̤o http://localhost:8080/jforum , ele abre uma apagina com o erro 404, dizendo q naum acha o local, mas todos os arquivos coloquei corretamente em webapps do tomcat. J�� tentei utilizar a configura̤̣o manual e a autom��tica, mas continua dando o mesmo erro. O tomcat que utilizo eh o mais novo: 5.5.16. O mysql 5 ̩ o q estou utilizando. J�� criei o banco de dadoa e populei as tabelas, mas ainda continua com esse erro. Quando eu instalo o forum pela verṣo automatica, note que nos endere̤os do jdbc ali embaixo, no arquivo jforum-config.conf na parte database.string ali ele cria barras invertidas "\" antes de dois pontos ":", isso eh um bug, e no arquivo mysql.properties dentro do database da pasta do jforum, tb tem esse prolema de cima ae com as barras. Jah fiz as corre̤oes e nada, continua o mesmo problema. Acho q naum eh problema com o banco de dados, acho q talvez seja na configura̤̣o do forum. Ser�� que tem alguem q possa me ajudar!?!??!

Try using Tomcat 5.5.15
