I just downloaded JForum and installed it correctly, but I have a doubt: where must I edit to change the forum title, the banners, buttons and this kind of stuff?

Try accessing the Admin Console .. then Configuration. There you can change the forum main title, create new forums, etc.
To change the buttons, colors, etc. (theme/skins) is more involved, you'll have to dig into the existing "default" theme and go from there. [originally posted on jforum.net by GatorBait3]
