Throws exception when posting with attached files

Whenever I try to attach files to my postings, an exception is thrown. My forum is originally a 2.1.4 upgraded to 2.1.6. It worked in 2.1.4 but not in 2.1.6. This is the stack trace:

This is a known bug. We're working on a fix.
