What scripts have changed and where are they?

I looked for the changes in 2.1.6 concerning the Test Email configuration error (DWR_Engine) and I cannot find out or discover which scripts have changed. Can anyone tell me which scripts have changed, where they are and what revision they are?

The js files are the same. Two html files were changed. You can get them here:

post_form.htm
admin/config_list.htm
