Of course!
Go to the Admin Control Panel, click on the "Groups" menu item on the left hand side menu, then click the "Permissions" on the right side next to the group that you want to restrict (probably the "General" group).
Find the "Anonymous Posts" section, and highlight the forums that you do not want this group to be able to post anonymously to. Hold down the "Control" button to select more than one forum.
Then click on the "Save" button at the bottom of the screen.
That's all there is to it!
