need to build and deploy jforum using the source code

Hi,

I wish to compile and deploy the JFORUM code using the build scripts and source. Is there any document/ant script guiding towards the same. also is there any guides about the framework used in JForum and how development can be done on it?

There isn't any real serious guide on how to add more functionalities on JForum, but code is clear enought for all who are able to read some java code.
You are welcome to fill the gap, and write some usefull doc
