integrating jforum with ejb3 environment

Hello!

I want to integrate (the user accounts and some forum linking) JForum with my application that is written in JSP/Servlet and EJB3, I'm using Glassfish application server. How can I do this in the simpliest way? I assume I want to install JForum as usual, than migrate it to my appserver. Is there any runtime generated configuration file that can block this move?
