send email error...

hello, when I send mail through JForum, the console display this message:

14:15:03,312 WARN [AbstractWorker ] Exception while executing a task: javax.mail.MessagingException: 450 Requested action not taken:smtp2, wKjI6AhAsgFlqqxEW34gAA==.47624S2, please try again

who can tell me the solve method? thanks

Try give us more informations, like the SMTP's configuration options selected by you, for example... used software's versions... ok?
