How to re-install admin user

I've got JFORUM installed and running with Oracle 10gR2 and OC4J. However I initially created the JForum user in a test database instance. I now need to point it to the real database instance. I've create the database user and got it connect to the correct instance. I now need to re-run the install wizard to create the admin user etc.. I'll be damned if I can make this happen. It aways takes to the Forum Listing when I do http://hostname:port/JForum/ or http://hostname:port/JForum/install/install.page
