Cannot uploading pictures with postfix name "*.JPG" (upper cases)

I can only uploading pictures with postfix name "*.jpg" (lower cases).
But cannot uploading pictures with postfix name "*.JPG" (upper cases).

It looks that I didn't desribe the senerio clearly :x

But if it's designed that uploaded pictures with upper cases "*JPG" postfix cannot be previewed??
Or this is still a bug even my description is not accurate??

Take a look above! ;)

I uploaded the same file, just renamed as UPPERCASE.JPG and lowercase.jpg!

We can see there that just the lowercase's photo appeared!

Yes, both were correctly uploaded, but just one of them is correctly showed!

I don't have any idea how to resolve it in this moment... but let's investigate and change ideas, ok?
