Try to set russian locale in forum, then type "http://host/user/insert.page", then press button "??��?���?�???���".
With english locale we get messagebox, but with russian we don't get it.

There are strings in file ru_RU.properties:
User.fillUsername = <*>
User.fillEmail = <*>
User.fillPassword = <*>
User.fillPasswordConfirmation = <*>

Fix: replace all symbols " with '.
