Hello all,

on Sun App. Server (8.1) I am experiencing a problem where all my uploaded attachments are deleted on App Server restart...

The funny thing is that the folder structure in the upload folder remains but all the content is eliminated...

Any ideas?

Thanks,
E/.

A couple more points of information.

I have deployed JForum as a .WAR file. It is deployed as a .WAR file because I am running it in a stand alone server instance on the Web App. container (Sun Java App. Server 8.1).

Still it is strange that the directory structure stays while the files therein get deleted....

Very strange. JForum does not have any job that tries to delete contents from directories.

Isn't that possible that there is some other script that runs on server startup / shutdown that may be removing the files?
