A problem after recompilation

I recompiled JForum, but when I try to view a page I get:

the rest is the tomcat stacktrace that invoked the serlet

I read somewhere around that it might be due to different DB structure.

So, having not enough time to look through it more precisely - I'd repeat a question already asked - Is 2.1.7 going to be available soon?

I get the same thing. Catalina.out shows this right before the FreeMarker errors:

16:43:09,350 ERROR [ExceptionWriter ] net.jforum.exceptions.DatabaseException: org.postgresql.util.PSQLException: The column name user_notify_always was not found in this ResultSet.

I don't see a user_notify_always column in any of the WEB-INF/config/database/postgresql/*.sql files either!

The problem is caused by a bug in the latest version of JForum. (This issue exists in CVS as well.) The postgresql_db_struct.sql file is missing the definition for two columns:

  user_notify_always INTEGER DEFAULT 0,
  user_notify_text INTEGER DEFAULT 0,

These columns are part of the jforum_users table, and should appear immediately after user_notify, but before user_notify_pm. (At least, that's how they are in the MySQL file.) I'm attaching the SQL file so that you can use DIFF tools to see the difference. (If needed.)

No problem. I've also got a patch for image attachments in truely headless environments (i.e. no X11 libraries at all) in the works. Should I email you the patch or post it on this forum?
